Who is the data controller?
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Çorlu Özel Ambulans.

Why and on what basis
To assess your request, plan the vehicle, crew and route, quote and deliver the service, prevent misuse and meet legal duties. Name, phone and address are processed as necessary for a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Health details are processed only with the explicit consent you give in the form (Art. 6), which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing and retention
With the crew carrying out the transfer, public authorities where the law requires and our hosting and email providers — never for marketing. Messages you send by WhatsApp go through that app; our “Send via WhatsApp” button stores nothing on our server. Form records that do not become a service are deleted within 90 days.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it is shared with, object and claim compensation. Send requests via ****; they are answered within thirty days.
